What is a Kano Survey (or Kano Analysis)?

- Identify Customers
- Determine the Customer Requirements
- Develop a (functional and non-functional) Questionnaire for each of the needs/attributes
- Test and Administer the Questionnaire
- Tabulate and Analyze the Results
- Decide how to Act on the Results
