Discovering The Kano Model
Created in the 1980's by Professor Noriaki Kano. The Kano Model's main objective is to help teams uncover, classify, and integrate 3 categories of Customer Needs and Attributes into the Products or Services they are developing. The 3 types of needs are classified depending on their ability to create customer satisfaction or cause dissatisfaction. Missing any of these needs will jeopardize the success of the offering.
